Agreement to terms

By accessing or using inapinch.dev ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses the platform.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You must not share your credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Your content

You retain ownership of all content you create on the platform, including code, documentation, issues, and other materials. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. We will never use your content for advertising or sell it to third parties.

Service availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will provide reasonable notice when possible. During early access, the Service is provided as-is and features may change.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, inapinch.dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
